At Novarono, we're excited to offer FREE shipping on all orders, no matter where you're located!

Order Processing Times:

Please allow 1-5 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed. Your order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to your chosen address. During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 8 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times:

The delivery time of your package depends on the transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. This timeframe may vary based on your location and other factors. Below are the estimated delivery times for different regions:

📦 USA: 7-14 business days
📦 Canada: 7-14 business days
📦 UK: 7-14 business days
📦 Australia: 10-20 business days
🌍 Rest of the World: 14-30 business days

Please note that during peak periods or holidays, delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details:

It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect information may cause delays or cancellations. If our system detects an issue with your address, we will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your shipping details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at contactnovarono@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to make adjustments, we cannot guarantee changes after this window.

Delayed Delivery:

At Novarono, we understand how important timely delivery is. While we strive to dispatch orders quickly, delays can sometimes occur due to external factors outside of our control. These may include courier delays caused by weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

If there are any issues with your order’s processing, such as product availability, address verification, or payment delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please note that Novarono is not liable for delivery delays caused by external circumstances, but we will always keep you updated and provide any assistance needed.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We understand how frustrating it can be if your package gets lost or stolen during shipping. Once the package has been handed to our shipping partner, Novarono is not responsible for it. However, we’re here to help! If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contactnovarono@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages, as they may require additional information from you. We will also follow up with the carrier on your behalf. While Novarono is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

In cases where the package cannot be located, we suggest filing a police report.
